1. Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern sales made on the PleasureAndFun.fr website, an online store specializing in the sale of intimate, erotic, and well-being products.
The site sells exclusively to individual consumers residing in the European Union, excluding Switzerland .

3. Products
The products offered on PleasureAndFun.fr are accurately described. Minor variations may exist (e.g., packaging or colors), but these do not affect their quality or use.
All items are new, sealed and carefully packaged.
They can be shipped either from our supplier partners as part of our dropshipping activity, or from our warehouse located in France, depending on the products and the destination.
4. Price
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, prices are inclusive of all taxes, but VAT is not applicable and cannot be recovered by the buyer.
5. Order and payment
The order is validated after receipt of payment. Payment is made via secure payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The customer is responsible for the information provided at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are only made within the European Union, excluding Switzerland.
Delivery times vary from 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination and shipping method. These times are given as an indication.
7. Right of withdrawal*
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.
Exceptions* (article L221-28 of the same Code):
Hygiene or intimate products, once opened, unpacked or used, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
This particularly concerns sex toys, intimate accessories, lubricants, etc. Only unopened products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.
8. Return Policy
For any return request, the customer must contact our customer service at:

Once validated, the product must be returned to the address indicated by our team.
⚠️ Please note that any returns sent without first contacting our customer service at the following address: 📧 contact@pleasureandfun.fr will not be accepted.
During this period, you can return any unused, unopened product in its original packaging for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping costs).
⚠️ Important: in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of return does not apply to sealed products (in particular sex toys, intimate accessories, lubricants, etc.) which have been opened after delivery, for obvious reasons of hygiene and health protection.
⚠️ Important Return/exchange costs are your responsibility. We do not provide a return shipping label, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
The refund will be made once the product has been returned and checked.
9. Legal guarantees
In accordance with current legal provisions, all our products benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code, applicable in the event of a product not conforming to the contract,
- The guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, applicable in the event of a defect rendering the product unfit for the use for which it is intended.
⚠️ The warranty only applies if:
- The product has been used in accordance with its normal purpose,
- The manufacturer's instructions have been followed (use, maintenance, hygiene),
- No intervention or modification was carried out by the customer.
Because our products are everyday consumer items, often intended for intimate, personal, or regular use, they are sold as consumables. As such, certain limitations apply:
- Normal wear and tear of the product, resulting from frequent or prolonged use, is not covered by the warranty.
- Damage due to lack of maintenance, use not in accordance with instructions, misuse or improper storage is not covered.
- Products that have been modified, opened, or show obvious signs of mishandling cannot be the subject of any warranty claims.
If in doubt, the customer can contact our customer service at contact@pleasureandfun.fr to assert their rights or ask a question about the proper use of the product.
10. Liability
PleasureAndFun.fr cannot be held responsible for inappropriate, abusive or non-compliant use of the products sold.
Our products are intended for private, personal, and domestic use only. We are not responsible for any professional, collective, or unauthorized use.
In accordance with Article 1240 of the Civil Code (formerly Article 1382), any person is liable for damage caused to another person through their own fault.
It is the user's responsibility to scrupulously follow the instructions for use, hygiene, safety and precautions provided with the products, as well as any possible medical contraindications.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Correct and careful use of products,
- The compatibility of the products with your state of health,
- Their conservation in appropriate conditions.
PleasureAndFun.fr cannot be held responsible:
- Physical or material damage resulting from improper use,
- From improper handling,
- Failure to comply with the precautions for use or the manufacturer's instructions.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ).

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
