Q: What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?
A: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7 and 30 days. Please be assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

Q: How do I return and replace my item?
⚠️ Please note that any returns sent to us without first contacting our customer service will not be accepted.
⚠️ Please note that return/exchange costs are your responsibility. We will not provide a return shipping label.
⚠️ Important : in accordance with article L221-28 of the same code, this right of return, or right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products (in particular sex toys, intimate accessories, lubricants, etc.) which have been opened after delivery, for obvious reasons of hygiene and health protection.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
During this period, you can return any unused, unopened product in its original packaging for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping costs).
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: The order confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of payment. Please try checking your spam or trash folder as it may also be there.
Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?
